CONDIÇÕES GERAIS

CANCELAMENTO DO CONTRATO POR PARTE DO CLIENTE

Com o cancelamento do contrato, serão aplicadas as seguintes penalizações:

30 dias antes da data de check-in, 10% do montante da reserva.
Entre os 29 e os 7 dias, 50%.
Menos de 7 dias antes, 100%.

Não haverá lugar a DEVOLUÇÕES caso o cliente desista dos serviços voluntariamente antes de concluída a sua estadía.

MODIFICAÇÕES POR PARTE DA EMPRESA

Caso surjam situações imprevisíveis e não imputáveis à empresa, resultando de que o alojamento não possa ser ocupado, a empresa porá à disposição do cliente outro alojamento com características iguais ou superiores, sem lugar a reembolso por nenhuma das partes.

PROTECÇÃO DE DADOS

Em cumprimento do estabelecido na Lei Orgânica 15/1999, de 13 de Dezembro, acerca da Protecção de Dados de Carácter Pessoal (“LPD”), informamos que durante o processamento da reserva o seus dados pessoais ficarão armazenados nos ficheiros da empresa com o intuito de poder prestar-lhe os nossos serviços. Consequentemente, informamos de que pode exercer os seus direitos de acesso, rectificação, cancelamento e oposição dos seus dados de carácter pessoal, sendo o responsável pelos dados constantes no ficheiro da empresa.
